STPASA - Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 2 (LOR2) in the SA Region beginning on 23/10/2026

AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE

AEMO declares a Forecast LOR2 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the SA region for the following period[s]:

[1.] From 0400 hrs 23/10/2026 to 0500 hrs 23/10/2026.         
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is  365 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 283 MW.

[2.] From 0600 hrs 23/10/2026 to 0700 hrs 23/10/2026.         
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is  225 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 223 MW.

[3.] From 0900 hrs 23/10/2026 to 1800 hrs 23/10/2026.         
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is  157 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 78 MW.
