STPASA - Update of the Forecast Lack Of Reserve Level 2 (LOR2) in the SA Region on 03/07/2026

AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE

The Forecast LOR2 condition in the SA region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 144360 has been updated to the following:

1. From 0730 hrs 03/07/2026 to 1100 hrs 03/07/2026. 
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 759 MW. 
The minimum capacity reserve available is 638 MW.

2. From 1430 hrs 03/07/2026 to 1500 hrs 03/07/2026. 
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 763 MW. 
The minimum capacity reserve available is 745 MW.

AEMO is seeking a market response. 

AEMO has not yet estimated the latest time it would need to intervene through an AEMO intervention event. 

AEMO Operations
